Website traffic

We count visits to public pages and clicks on call, text and email options to understand how the site is used. These are daily totals grouped by page and broad source, such as Google or Facebook. Our own traffic totals do not create visitor IDs or store form contents, full referring URLs or IP addresses. Counts are retained for up to one year.

Our traffic counter respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control browser settings. Our hosting provider processes network information to deliver and protect the website. For abuse prevention, the site uses temporary salted hashes derived from network addresses; raw addresses are not stored in the site database.

Optional Google Ads measurement

If you choose Allow measurement, Google Ads uses cookies and ad-click identifiers to measure how our ads lead to office calls and saved estimate requests. For eligible ad visits, Google may display a temporary forwarding number that connects to our office. Calls lasting at least 60 seconds can be recorded as advertising conversions. Clicking a phone link alone is not counted as a completed call. A successfully saved estimate request may be counted as a lead using a random request identifier; its contact and project details are not sent to Google.

Google receives technical information needed for this measurement. We do not send estimate-form details to Google or enable personalized advertising through this tag. The tag stays off if you decline, have not chosen, or use Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. Use Ad measurement settings on any public page to change your choice. Estimate requests

When you submit an estimate request, the website securely saves your name, contact information, property address, selected services, project details and preferred call time. Authorized Heritage team members can access these requests in a private inbox and use them to follow up about your project. When direct email notifications are enabled, we also send the request details to Heritage’s business email using our transactional email provider, Resend. A broad source label, such as Google Ads or Direct / unknown, helps us understand how people find the site. Requests are not published. Contact us using the details below if you would like us to remove your request. Please do not include payment details or private access codes.

Customer reviews

Reviews submitted here store your chosen display name, rating, review text and submission time. They stay private until a team member approves them. Approved reviews appear publicly. Please leave private contact details out of your review.

Private team access

A necessary, secure sign-in cookie keeps authorized team members signed in for up to 12 hours. It is not an advertising or analytics cookie.
